Scannability for resumes can mean 1 of 2 things:

1. How effectively can an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) identify keywords and criteria, resulting in your resume reaching the hands of a decision-maker? 

2. How quickly can the decision-maker identify relevant information on your resume, allowing them to understand your value at-a-glance? 

During this session we will: 

• Evaluate the readability and scannability of your resume

• Leverage our findings to optimize your resume’s formatting

Including personal elements in your resume can help you stand out from other candidates. It allows you to showcase your unique qualities, experiences, and interests that make you distinct and memorable.
